A penthouse where Lady Gaga reportedly once lived is on the market for nearly $7 million.
It’s at 421 West 54th Street, between Ninth and Tenth Avenues, in the former Hit Factory recording-studio building.
The asking price is $6.995 million. The duplex has approximately 3,700 square feet, a private terrace, a fireplace and a home office.
Gaga’s connection is as a reported former resident. This isn’t a home she is currently selling.
And the building has its own celebrity history: the Hit Factory recorded artists including John Lennon, Madonna and Michael Jackson before becoming condominiums.
