Commentary
When one person buys a home, the wish list can look very different.
An extra room might become an office, a hobby room or somewhere for visiting family.
Manageable upkeep, lighting, building services and places to meet neighbors can also matter.
That’s why I ask clients how they actually live.
The floor plan may say “dining room.” Your life might say “office.”
